Sherlin subbed for Leonard, and she gave us a killer workout. Especially the BT-part was quite aerobic, which brought the heart rate up, and she did not give us any breaks between exercises, so our legs were totally exhausted afterwards. The A-part was mainly planks, after which we moved to inner thigh workout. I can't say I love her style, which is a mixture of screaming and loud laughter, but she had planned a great workout, and got best out of us. |
