Comments We run speed intervals, increasing the speed every 2.5 or 5 mins from 9 to 12 kph. After 30 minutes the fuse blows up and all treadmills stop. Luckily we are in the end of our workout then.

Comments We conquered the steep Kent Ridge hill since a long time. Recently we have ascended to the ridge the other way via Bukit Chandu. It is much more gentle but also much longer uphill.
