Comments The race started at Blk 123 on Bukit Merah View, then followed Henderson Rd. down, then went up to the Mt Faber park, and finally down again to Bukit Merah View. The route was mostly on the sidewalk, so it got relatively crowded at times, especially when some people were walking, or totally clueless because wearing earplugs!

Anyway it was a great run on a sunny Sunday morning.

Comments Exceptionally we visit Fusionopolis for lunch time workout on Saturday. Enormous thunderstorm roars outside, and an instructor with Barbarella Posh-Beckham's accent torments us inside, the light flicker and heavy rain hammers the windows. Demonic experience!

Comments Yet another loss for Miami; series is 3-2 to Dallas now. We ran increasing 2.5 minutes speed intervals from 8.5kph to 11.5kph(Tei) and 10.5kph(Tomi).

Comments Another loss for Miami --- the series is tied now 2-2. This time we run a flat course with some speed intervals. We start at level 9, but it turns out that the program makes constant changes in speed, so we have to adjust the speed by hand every time we enter a speed workout and the rest in between. Speedy section are from 11.5 to 12.6kph, and rest from 6 to 9.5kph.

Comments We ran the grade profile #1 on level 9, watching the second NBA final between Mavericks at Heat. Heat lost its 15-point lead it got on 1a 3-0 run. Dallas tied after a long run and beat Heat by 2 points.
