We are back in Singapore and try to get our circadian rhythm right. Early morning run is a good way of telling the body that it is time to wake up. It is cooler now, but not as comfortable as in Portland. We signed the lease for the new place yesterday, and on Friday we'll get the keys. The move will make some changes to our running routines, since we move farther from the WCP and closer to the Kent Ridge Park. |
