Comments After two very rainy nights and rainy mornings we finally wake up to a sunny morning and go for an early run. People are already working on a sugarcane plantations, but there is no traffic on the road. The road goes up and down in decent grades --- we are in the mountains after all.

Exercise Walking
Comments We walk from Bukit Timah to MacRitchie Reservoir Park, and take a detour on tree-top walk. The whole route is more than 10K, and it takes us more than four hours. We stop often to admire wildlife and to take pictures with our new camera. (the pictures on the right are taken with Tomi's cell phone, though. You can see the new camera pictures in Facebook, and later on also here.)

Comments The average heart rate is not quite true, since the monitor had some contact problems and displayed rates above 170 several times. Our ribs and shoulders are all sore from yesterday's massive attack.

Comments We have had some breaks in our workout schedule, but we've done at least something once or twice a week, which can't explain why today's attack was harder than usual. Push-ups are always hard, though.
