Comments Our long run today turned into a adventure course. Even if we ran "only" and hour and forty minutes, the whole trip took about two and half hours. Singapore has quite an extensive park connection network, but the connection between the connectors may be totally missing. We ended up climbing fences, crossing small canals, and trekking on an abandoned railway track to reach the continuing connector --- a lot of wasted time but some welcome rest from running in the heat. We also took a welcome drink break at the Buona Vista MRT Station.

Comments We participated in the Run 350, a fun run on Pulau Ubin. Luckily, the day was rainy and cooler, it even drizzled during the run. The latter half of the course was rather hilly, a fact that one seldom notices when walking.

Comments Back in Felicia's torture chamber after four or five weeks, and we did not see a single familiar face. We worked out the tighs, shoulders, little abs, and did some balancing.

Comments Cool morning in Wanaka, New Zealand. We have been stuck in the town because of strong North westernly winds. Later today we take a bus over the Haast pass to Haast to avoid the struggle against the wind. But before that, we go for an early morning run.
