Comments Ave 146, +27C. Recently Tei has done a lot of running alone since Tomi is on his third period of antibiotics because of the sinus and ear problems. It is quite a pity since this time of the year it is almost comfortable to run outside: it is cooler and less humid despite of torrential daily rain pours.

Comments Ave 141, sunny. This was a untimed fun run for cancer research that attracted some 6000 runners. We stayed the night before at the Goldkist Beach Resort, which is another SE Asian holiday complex with the Soviet era feel.

Comments Ave 146, another cool morning. I finally saw a koel, a bird that has very fascinating voice. It was sitting on a lower branches of a tree so it was easy to spot. And it did not stop singing when I observed it.

Exercise Pilates
Comments Felicia had found new ways to torture us. We did a long sequence of exercises holding our legs up toward the ceiling. After the weekend's climbing trip my thighs and calves were quite sore and almost started cramping.
