Comments What a hard exercise! We do this at least once a week, still my shoulders don't get it. I like the core section of this strength session; we do some blanks. Only that they are really tough since we have not done them that much this Fall. I wish Kumpula had a whole 30-minute session dedicated to core.

Comments Ave 157, max 172, +7C, dull and gray. We did not quite make it below 50 minutes, but still below the time estimated from our recent half-marathon finishing times, which for me is 50:15 and Tomi 51:23.

The course was on a relatively flat, winding road in the countryside. The road was open to traffic for the whole race time, but the drivers really behaved themselves: they slowed down and passed giving us a lot of space.

This race was a part of a five-race series. We missed the first one that attracted a record crowd of 270 runners. Next race is in 5 weeks. The winners are assigned after the whole series, and it requires at least three participations (and record times) in order to get to podium.
